Elements of recurring revenue, demonstrable customer loyalty and/or predictable cashflow
Company
Within the industry, we are looking for companies which are:
Leaders in their niche segment or have an actionable strategic vision to get there
Defensible market positions
Positioned to grow, either organically or through acquisition
Financial
Quantitative financial attributes:
EBITDA of at least $3.0mm for new platform investments
At least five years of positive cashflow and profitability
Achievable EBITDA margins of >10%
No turnaround or distressed companies
